ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We take care to ensure all product descriptions and images on our website are accurate. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

ORDER FULFILMENT AND VIDEO TRACKING

For the protection of both our customers and our business, Lucia Inwood employs video recording technology at all order packing stations. A video record is kept of every order as it is packed and sealed. If a claim is made regarding a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, this footage will be reviewed by our customer service team to verify the contents and condition of the item(s) prior to dispatch.

PAYMENT SECURITY

All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your credit card or financial details on our systems.

AFTERPAY

Afterpay purchases are subject to Afterpay's own terms and conditions. By selecting Afterpay as your payment method, you agree to be bound by Afterpay's terms. Lucia Inwood is not responsible for any fees, charges, or disputes arising from your Afterpay account.

PAYPAL

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@luciainwood.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. When you receive the order, you may initiate a return.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to Australian addresses only via Australia Post. Standard shipping is free on all orders (5-7 business days). Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.00 (2-3 business days). Due to the high value of our products, a signature is required upon delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates only, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
