Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How we ship

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Signature on delivery

As our garments are of high value, a signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel at the delivery address. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel from your nearest post office.

Delivery times

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. Estimated delivery begins from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
